Stanley Wayne Feltz

Stanley W. Feltz, 71, of Crystal Lake, Illinois passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022. He was born in Woodstock, IL to the late Walter and Dorothy Feltz on October 4, 1951. He married his wife Cheryl Feltz on November 7, 1985 and had two children.

Stan received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Western Illinois University and in Geology from Southern Illinois University. He retired from Dow Chemical after 20 years as a lab technician. In his free time, he enjoyed attending auctions, fishing, watching Anime, playing cards, hiking, and enjoying wildlife and nature.

Stan is survived by his wife Cheryl Feltz; his children Zachary Feltz and Bridget Feltz; his brothers Stewart Feltz, Douglas (Ming) Feltz, and Richard (Michelle) Feltz; his sister Beverly (Marty Johnson) Feltz; his brother-in-law Peter Waterman; and his nephews James Waterman and Steven Feltz.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters Barbara Cass and Carol Feltz.

A visitation will be held Monday, December 19 from 3pm until 7pm at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Epilepsy Foundation.
