Mike Rohachuk

It is with our deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Mike Rohachuk, loving husband, beloved father and grandfather on Saturday July 9th, 2011 at Cudworth Nursing Home at the age of 88 years.

He will be missed by his wife Ann, of 62 years and by his daughters Marlene (Wally) Kroeker, Dianne (James) Medernach, his son Elvin (Cindy) Rohachuk; his six grandchildren Sherry (Russ) Martin, Ryan (Anita) Kroeker, Curtis (Raelynne) Medernach, Glenn (Kelly) Medernach, Tyler and Tyson Rohachuk and twelve great grandchildren. Mike will also be remembered by his brothers Steve, Isadore, Don, and sisters Elsie Panchuk, Ann Semeniuk and by numerous nephews and nieces. Mike was predeceased by his parents Peter and Petrunella, brothers Emil, Nick, Harold, sister Phyllis Remarchuk, brothers-in-law James Remarchuk, Bill Semeniuk, Mike Panchuk and sister-in-law Kay Rohachuk. He was a friendly, jolly man and will be fondly remembered by all that knew him.

The Prayer Service was held for Mike on Tuesday July 12th, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass was Celebrated on Wednesday July 13th, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. both services were held at The Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Cudworth, SK. with Rev. Fr. M. Romanets the Celebrant. Interment followed at Spassa Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Scharfs Funeral Home 306-256-7044.
