Funeral services for Betty Goodwin Adams, 84 of Vinemont will be 11AM Saturday, June 24 at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Randy Makemson officiating. Burial will be at Vinemont Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Adams passed away Wednesday at Woodland Village Health Care Center. She was born in Cullman August 6, 1932 to Carl and Fannie Sides Goodwin. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Hue Gene Adams, son; Walter Neal Adams, great granddaughter; Madison Kaufman, brothers; Charles and James Goodwin. She is survived by sons; Norman (Sandra) Adams, Alan (Jan) Adams, granddaughters; Tara (Josh) Lavigne, Casey (Ben) Kaufman, great grandchildren; Zachary Koepke, Layna Kaufman, Olivia Kaufman, Haley Lavigne, Brooke Lavigne, special friends; Lisa and Patty. The family would like to thank the staff, nurses and all the cna’s on the west hall and Melanie Riley with Kindred Hospice for all of the love and care shown to our mom during her stay at Woodland Village. We would also like to thank mom’s roommate and special friend Patty for watching after and being mom’s best friend during her stay. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 at the funeral home..
