Larry & family - I was shocked and saddened to find out that Charmaine passed away. What a dear, sweet woman, who always seemed to have a smile on her face. She was a great friend for the years we shared at the Corps in Detroit, and the years of carpooling. My condolences for you!

I worked with Charmaine for many years at the Corps of Engineers Detroit District Office and Charmaine was a wealth of knowledge and help to both new and seasoned employees. Plus I kept in touch with Charmaine through the USACE-Detroit Retiree group. Charmaine you are going to be missed!

Charmaine,
I won't be at your Celebration of Life. Know that I am with you and your family in thoughts and prayers. It made be feel good to know that Uncle John was there to greet you. I am going to miss my sweet niece comforting me with your phone calls. You will always hold a special place in my heart.

Love, Aunt Carol

My Aunt Charmaine was a beautiful woman. She always had a smile on her face and always made you feel like she was so happy to see you. She gave great hugs. She talked about her grand babies whenever I saw her and it was clear she loved them dearly. Her many years of marriage to my uncle Larry is a great testimony to love. I will keep you in my heart Aunt Charmaine and I will miss you greatly.
