Funeral services for Douglas Kent Knowles, 57, of Bremen will be Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel , Rev. Tommy Graves officiating with interment in Addington Chapel Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Knowles died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010 at his residence. He was born June, 22, 1953 in Cullman. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked in the construction industry as a dry wall hanger.
He was preceded in death by his father Willie Joe Knowles.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth Garrison Knowles Baker; three sisters, Brenda Knowles, Charlotte (Bodie) Miller and Mundi L. Knowles (Charles) Williams; a son, Michael K. (Tari) Knowles; two grandchildren, Reece and Sky Knowles; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010 from 6 -9 p.m.
