Mrs. Florence Murphree Nichols of Cullman Alabama passed away on April 23, 2012 at Cullman Regional Medical Center at the age of 98. She was born on November 8, 1913 in Cullman County to Walter E. and Francis Smith Murphree. She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband: Charles W. Nichols, 1 Son: James A. Nichols, 3 Brothers: Oliver, Rufus and Harlon Murphree, 1 Sister: Irona Murphree Cadle.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Bethel Methodist Cemetery in Morgan County.
Survivors are: 2 Sisters: Eulala Murphree McCain and Mavis Murphree Horton, Niece: Rita (Bart) Ferguson, Great Niece and Nephew, several cousins and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 26, 2012 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home.
