Mrs. Frances Jewel "Peggy" Stover Cheatwood

Funeral Services for Mrs. Frances Jewel “Peggy” Cheatwood, age 78, of Cullman, will be Sunday, August 5, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Missionary Grove Cemetery with Rev. Vernon Willis officiating.

Mrs. Cheatwood passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Woodland Village Nursing Home. She was born on August 23, 1933 in Morgan County to the late James Walter & Etta Littrell Stover. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Cranston Helton Cheatwood; one daughter, Sharon Kay Jackson; one son, Larry Helton Cheatwood; and one grandson, Jonathan Jackson.

Survivors include, one Daughter – Pat (Frank) Robertson; one Son – Wade Cheatwood; four 4 – Grandchildren – Bryan (Julie) Robertson, Jennifer (Rodney) Lee, Brandi (Kerry) Kelso and Jacinta (Thomas) Herrington; twelve 12 – Great-Grandchildren – Haleigh & Chloe Lee, Zoe, Jorja & Lexi Stewart; Alexis, Courtney & Rachel Robertson; Lydia, Levi & Lane Kelso; three 3 – Sisters – Sara Blackwood, Sue Scheinert & Dean Lawrence.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, August 4, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
