Hettie "Granny Rie" Marie Dunn

Granny Rie enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and spent numerous hours playing Yahtzee and putting puzzles together with them and other family members.

She is predeceased by her husband, Alvin Dunn; her parents, Fred and Ida Grimmett; sisters, Pauline Blaylock and Inez Kelly; brother, Fred Jr. Grimmett; daughter, Shelia Renee Dunn; sons, Randy Dunn and Allen Dunn; granddaughter, Shelia Denise Dunn and 2 great grandsons.

She is survived by her daughter, Paula (Carol) Callan; son, Victor Dunn; sisters, Gladys Parker and Sondra Lee; brothers, Clellan Grimmett and Leldon Grimmett; grandchildren, Athena Dunn, Johnathan Dunn, Jennifer (Lucus) Finley, David Golden, Paul Golden, Kara (Jeremy) Snyder, Matt (Dustie) Marks, Jon (Amanda) Callan, Cassidy Dunn and Lois Gatlin; 17 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Moss Service Funeral Home. The celebration of Granny Rie’s life will be Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Moss Service Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mt. Grove Cemetery.
