James "Bud" Richard Fowler Jr.

James “Bud” Richard Fowler Jr., 65, of Joppa, Alabama, was born September 15, 1960, in Alabama, and passed away on March 5, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. A hard-working and loyal man, Bud will be remembered with deep respect and lasting affection by all who knew him.

Bud is survived by his daughters, Kayla (Wesley) Thompson and Amy (Joseph) Oren; his sons, Anthony (Elizabeth) Fowler and James William Fowler; his sisters, Liesa Miller, Dianne Shaw, and Debbie (Vernon) James; and his 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Bud was preceded in death by his sister, Janett Miller; his brother, William Fowler; his parents, James Richard and Morelle Fowler; and his grandparents, William Fowler, Annie Gregory, and Howard and Mildred Crabtree.

Visitation will be held at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Ave North West, Cullman, AL 350555827, on March 10, 2026, from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at Moss-Service Funeral Home on March 10, 2026, from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm. A committal service will be held at Etha Baptist Church, 8417 Co Rd 1545, Cullman, AL 35058, on March 10, 2026, from 3:00 pm until 3:30 pm.
