Funeral services for Mable “Jean” Whaley Bullard, age 82 of Cullman will be on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 2 PM at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Phillips officiating. Interment will be in Cullman City Cemetery. She was born in Cullman on September 1, 1937. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald J. Bullard and her parents Julius C. and Myrtle L. Harris Whaley, brothers Clifton C. Whaley, Billy Joe Whaley. She work as a Headstart Teacher and a Librarian.

Survivors are : daughters Cindy (Terry) Heaton, Jenny (Robert) Rasbury, 4 grandchildren: Matt (Jackie) Heaton, Angie Graves, Isaac Rasbury, Karol McGinn Rasbury, and 6 great grandchildren: Jacob Heaton, Michaela (Blake) Murray, Mykenzie (Dylan) Basenburg, Jordan Graves, Teagan Heaton and Turner Heaton.

Visitation is Sunday from 6 PM until 9 PM at Moss Funeral Home.
