Funeral services for John Doyle Osbon, 55, of Vinemont will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2010, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, Dr. Kenneth Graham officiating, with graveside military honors at Flint Creek Baptist Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Osbon died Monday, March 22, at Baptist medical Center-Princeton in Birmingham. He was born Oct. 11, 1954, to John D. and Margie Brady Osbon. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Betty Jean Pratt.
Survivors include two daughters, Dawn (Scottie) Chambers and Kristi (Ken) Graham; a brother, Edward “Buddy” (Libby) Pratt; four sisters, Mae Pearson, Marie Bricheat, Barbara (Kent) Holloway and Rebecca (J.D.) Robberson; and three grandchildren, Ashley Chambers, Erin Chambers and Kinsey McBrayer.
