Mrs. Hagan died May 23, 2014 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham. She was born January 6, 1927 to the late Judge and Mrs. Homer F. Mitchell. She was married to the late Tom Hagan for 54 years. Mary is survived by her son; Joe (Belinda) Hagan, daughter; Jane (Jim) Brock, grandson; T.J. (Tiffiny) and granddaughter; Sarah Jane (Taylor) Thorn, three step-grandchildren; Shaun (Stephanie) Burke, Jason (Milly) Burke, and Jared Burke, two great grandchildren; Ford Hagan and Fischer Thorn, and one step-great grandchild; Lily Burke.
The family offers special thanks to her caregiver of many years, Judy McKenzie.
