Services for Wilburn Joseph “Joe” Creel, 79 of Cullman will be 2PM Tues, June 13, 2017 at Welcome Baptist Church, David Stancil officiating with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Moss-Service Funeral Home directing. Joe passed away Friday, June 9 at the Folsom Center. He was born October 16, 1939 to James and Julia Creel. He was a self-employed salesman. He is preceded in death by his parents, sons; Joe Anthony (Tony) Creel and Gregory Steve Creel. He is survived by daughters; Tina Creel Battles and Tammy Creel (Joe) Mehaffey, grandchildren; Tori Creel Martins, Shelli Creel Hogan, Rhys Battles, Braxton Battles, Trey Mehaffey, Wil Mehaffey, brothers; James (Brenda) Creel, Keith (Susie) Creel, sister; Sarah Baker.
