Willie Fay Boyd

Funeral services for Mr. Willie Fay Boyd, 87, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Good Hope Cemetery.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Boyd died Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Oct. 12, 1925. He made cabinets for mobile homes.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son-in-law, Dale Holmes; three sisters, Velma Boyd, Euchal Brannon and Myrtle Williamson; and four brothers, Martin, Neuman, Hulen and James Boyd.

Survivors include his wife, Argie Faye Spradlin Boyd; a son, Cecil Ray Boyd; a daughter, Charlene Boyd (Dewey) Lindley; two sisters, Lillie Mae Netherton and Mary Etta (Alvin) Jackson; grandchildren, Scotty Joe Boyd, Shalon (Phillip) Duvall, J.J. Holmes, Celia (Taylor) Ramos, Tammy Bates, Dana (Terry) Rogers, Jamie (Jennifer) Lindley, Kayla (Andrew) Pigg and Leah Lindley (Jason) Young; and 14 great-grandchildren, Tyler Boyd, Camron, Anna, Daniel and Ryan Duvall; Darby Ramos, Megan (Chase) Self, Logan and Hanna Bates, Katie, Austin and Lane Rogers, and Madison and Raelynn Lindley.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
