Annabelle Lee Ball

Annabelle Lee Ball, ,89, of Culpeper, VA passed away at the Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center Thursday, October 10, 2013. Mrs. Ball was born to Amos Brooks and Florence Embrey Brooks in Fauquier County, VA July 5, 1924. She was a homemaker with a deep love of family and animals and she enjoyed flower gardening.

Surviving Mrs. Ball is her daughter, Joyce Bache of Culpeper; her grandchildren, Evan Bache of Culpeper, Cecile Swayze of South Carolina, Cory Newton of Summerduck, VA and Justin Newton of Madison, VA and her siblings, Isabelle Courtney of Maryland, Irvin Brooks of Nebraska and Minerva Renaud of Richmond, VA. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Clifford Ball, son Roger Lee Newton and siblings, Alice Newton, Eugene Brooks, Chestine Brooks and Benny Brooks.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Chaz Campbell conducting the service. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton, VA.

The family will receive friends Monday, October 14, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Clore-English Funeral Home.
