Audrey P. Taylor

Audrey Price Taylor, 82, of Culpeper, VA passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Our Father’s House Christian Home in Culpeper, VA. Mrs. Taylor was born to John D. Price and Ruby Thompson Price, December 21, 1929. She retired as a secretary with the Federal Reserve System after 20 years; was a member of the Culpeper United Methodist Church. The pride of her life was her 2 grandsons. Mrs. Taylor was the widow of Warren Hassel Taylor.

Surviving Mrs. Taylor is her son, Douglas Taylor and his wife Suzy of Culpeper, VA; her sister, Carol P. Clontz of Smithfield, VA; her grandsons, Chris and Ryan Taylor and her nephews, Robert and his wife Andrea Clontz and Brad Clontz. She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Orndorff conducting the service.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 15, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Clore-English Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Music Department of the Culpeper United Methodist Church, 1233 Oaklawn Drive, Culpeper, VA 22701.
