John Boyd Nuttall

John Boyd Nuttall, 84, of Culpeper, VA passed away at Autumn Care of Madison Sunday, March 9, 2014. Mr. Nuttall was born to Walter and Eugenia Hancock Nuttall July 21, 1929 in Chesterfield, VA; served his country in the U.S. Army and retired from the Virginia State Department of Health. Mr. Nuttall enjoyed antiquing, flea markets and refinishing furniture.

Surviving Mr. Nuttall is his wife Edith Nuttall of Culpeper, VA; his children, Stephen L. Nuttall and his wife Robin of Earlysville, VA and Alethea Nuttall of Rixeyville, VA; his grandchildren, Lauren Fewell, Nathan Fewell, Austin Wood-Hoeckelman and Heather McCauley; his great-grandchildren, Carter, Reagan, Hayes, Kemper and Lucas and his brother, Preston Nuttall and his wife Pat of Chesterfield, VA. He is preceded in death by his brother Wilford Nuttall.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 13, 2014 in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Sandy Martin conducting the service. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
