Mary Woodward Lillard

Mary was born on February 10, 1923 to the late Ira William Woodward and the late Eliza Baldwin Woodward.

Mary enjoyed her life as a homemaker and always enjoyed a hot cup of coffee or tea. She enjoyed spending time with her special friends and neighbors, Patsy Dodson and Patti Lloyd, which she developed a special bond with. One of the most things she loved was the early days of her life was going to visit with her mother.

Mary is survived by her son Thomas Michael Lillard, Jr. and wife Karen of Brightwood, she had 1 grandson Andy Colvin, and three great grandchildren Curtis Anthony Colvin, Leighann Nicole Colvin, and Owen William Colvin, along with numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Michael Lillard, Sr., siblings Flossie Pullen, Helen Gore, and Annie Maude Haynes. Graveside services will be held at Bethsaida United Methodist Church Cemetery in Brightwood, Va, on Thursday September 30, 2021 at 11: OO a.m, with the Rev. John D. Hawkins officiating.

Pallbearers are Thomas Michael Lillard, Jr., Andy Colvin, Curtis Colvin, Bruce Stewart, Roger Clatterbuck, and Chuck Settle.
