Nancy Moore McDaniel

Nancy Virginia Moore McDaniel, 75, of Culpeper passed away at her home on Monday, October 15, 2012. She was born in Arlington to Lester Earl and Madge Virginia Thompson German on September 13, 1937. She was the former owner of Rolling Acres Campground and a 20 year member of Cedar Run Baptist Church. She was an avid church goer to Cedar Run Baptist Church and New Salem Baptist Church, she was a hospice volunteer, volunteered as a child mentor, volunteered with grief share, was active with Silver Seniors and volunteered with literacy program . She loved to play games.

Mrs. McDaniel is survived by her husband, Lester McDaniel; her daughter, Ginger Moore of Surfside Beach, SC and her grandson, Jeffrey Skinker of Culpeper.

A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Clore-English Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Dodson officiating. Burial will be in National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042 at 3:00 p.m.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
