Pat, words cannot express the deep sadness that Jim and I feel over the loss of Richie.  What a very wonderful man with a heart of gold.  We will be here for you Pat thru it all. Anything, anything at all, anytime at all.  My heart breaks for you and the family. No way really to comprehend the sadness that we all share together.  More than anything I will miss Richie with girls walking down the street.  It's a memory that I will treasure.  Love and Prayers to all.

Our hearts were very saddened to hear of the loss of Richie. I remember when we first moved to the neighborhood Richie met us while walking his two fur babies; and he was the happiest person who immediately invited us to come meet you and exchange contact information in case neighbors needed anything. He was truly a wonderful and happy man and he will be missed. Take comfort in knowing that you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. Patty, I do not know if you remember me. I met Richie way back when through the North Massapequa Fire Dept Drum Cps.  I was just a 16 year old kid when Richie took me under his wing and introduced me to the FD way of life. I remember you always standing on the side of the road as we marched by with Richie leading us. What wonderful memories I have of those times. The ball and chain at his Bachelor party. Ya I was maybe 17 then. I like to think Richie had a lot to do with the man I turned out to be today. Thank you for sharing him with me. He will always be remembered in my heart.
