Rickey Allen Cooper

Ricky Allen Cooper, 60, passed away April 13,2021 at UVA Hospital. He was born September 2, 1960 in Warrenton Virginia to the late Dewey Cooper and Martha Carter Cooper Wright. Ricky was a loving brother, uncle, cousin and most of all husband to his wife. Ricky is survived by his wife Janette, 3 loving sisters, Carole Christensen(Dale), Susan Sowers(Delbert), Crystal Robey(JD), his father-in-law Richard Holopainen and brother-in-law Rick Holopainen(Stephanie). Though he did not have any children, Ricky loved his Nephews like they were his own. He will be missed by D.J., Sean, Steven, Matthew, Johnathan, and Tyler. Along with many cousins and great nieces and nephews, and his very good friend Terry Butler who was always there for him when needed. Ricky’s family would like to thank the Arbors of Culpeper for all of their help during this time as that’s where Janette and Ricky live. Ricky was a quiet man that lived happily with Janette where his goal was to take care of his wife who he loved more then anything. Memorial arrangements will be made at a later date.
