William Edward Larsen, of Culpeper, VA passed away at his residence Tuesday, March 7, 2023. He was born to Elith Viggo Larsen and Mabel Lee Larsen March 5, 1939. Mr. Larsen served his country in the U.S. Navy for 20 years with retirement. Then he continued to work as a correctional officer for the District of Columbia Department of Corrections, retiring from there after 20 years.
Surviving Mr. Larsen is his wife Joan Larsen; his children, Jon Larsen and his wife Kelli and James Larsen; his grandchildren, Keith and Kaitlynn Larsen and his sisters Frances Hall and Doris Dent.
Services will be held at a later date to include military honors in the Culpeper National Cemetery
