Hello my name is Kimuel Keels-Fuentes  and I am the grandchild of Bobbie Dean (Charline's sister). I remember when we had my grannies 75th birthday party and Charline and I was talking and she my husband came over to tell me something and she told Joel to sit down and talk to her.  So he did and she began to tell Joel how handsome he was and to tell me that he is so handsome and smiled at him the whole night. We love and will miss her.

Those special memories of you will always put a smile on my face. Your laughter alone was the most greatest memory. You always meant so very much to our family mostly because we all knew how much family meant to you. Family was very important to you. Deep in my heart your life is kept to love and cherish. Grandmother I’ve known you long enough to be family. I will miss messing around with you and laughing! I’ll miss curling your hair at times for you  to go outside because you loved looking good !
