Richard was a workmate in Mitsubishi Electric U.S., who loved fancy donuts. He cared about young colleagues and kindly talked to us with smile. My deepest condolences and you will be in my mind.

Richard was a friend and councilor for many years together at Mitsubishi. His struggle these past 2 years were valiant as was Betty's unending support. through it all, he continued to smile, a true sign of faith and courage.
Recollections; climbing Mt Whitney / wearing wing tip shoes?, incredible appetite, company basketball team, wry and delightful sense of humor.

My best friend in high school, college, and for many years after.  He helped watch over my wife and children while I was in Vietnam.  I have many good memories of adventures we had together.  He was intellectually curious, loyal, and had a great sense of humor. Bon voyage my friend.

I worked with Richard at Mitsubishi for 15 years.  He was always such a crack-up, yet when it came to business, he was totally professional.  Our most fun times were those at company events, or meet-up dinners after work with friends, but my favorite memory was the time he and a Mitsubishi friend came over to my house (which was only a mile from work) to put up a front screen door for me....oh the humor, sarcasm and such we had that day!  It was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime funny event - that could only happen because of Richard.  Rest in peace, my friend.  -Michele Cruz (Cypress, CA)

Richard is a great man.  I worked with him at Mitsubishi, while
working in Cypress, CA, and long after the HVAC division moved away.  As a young professional, Richard always gave excellent advice and will be missed.

I worked with Richard for many years.  He was the consummate professional but always injected humor and his wonderful wit.  You could have a tough conversation with him, be on opposite sides of the table, and at the end of the day he was still your friend.  I was fortunate to have known Richard and I will miss him.
