Terry was a unique individual. She was my dad's aunt. We were always impressed with her attitude and her energy. She never wanted to dwell on problems or herself. She just believed in taking care of her health and staying active. Terry shared many stories about all the Hollywood figures she new over the decades and her fascinating adventures working in show business. My dad and our family enjoyed the many occasions when we could all get together. We celebrated her 100th birthday on the Pier in Santa Monica. My dad, Bert Winthrop, and her sister, Shirley Vaughn, were also there with us on that momentous day. Terry enjoyed telling the story of how the MVD renewed her license to drive when she was 100! They took her around the offices and told everyone that it was her birthday and she was still able to drive. She was still quite vibrant, healthy and attractive. You would not have known that she was even approaching 100. We will all miss you Terry!

Aunt Terry was quite a personality. She was sweet with our kids. Grandpa Bert and she were fun to watch and listen to when they were together. Another milestone has passed in our family. I will miss her.   Loring
