Lynn Esther Andersen

Passed away peacefully at home on February 8, 2021 at the age of 66, Lynn E. Andersen born in Dalhousie on February 12, 1955, was the daughter of the late Raymond E. Andersen and the late Norma (Harding) Andersen.

Lynn worked in the family business her entire life and had many passions which included needle point, playing the piano, reading and some furniture refinishing. She took an avid interest in her nieces and nephews and loved their visits and talks over the years.

Lynn is survived by her sister Sheila (Andersen) Calhoun, husband Neal Calhoun of Boiestown, NB, her brother Harold Andersen, wife Tina (Prince) Andersen of Dalhousie, NB; her brother Donald Andersen, partner Larissa Romanov of Red Deer, Alberta; 9 nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her Aunts, Uncles and multiple cousins.

A private celebration of life and internment service will occur this summer at the family cottage in New Mills and the New Mills United Church graveyard.

The family would like to thank the PSW workers from Mallais home and the ExtraMural nurses for kindness and support.

Donations can be made to the SPCA in lieu of flowers or a charity of your choice.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Dalhousie.
