Reece was born June 6, 1990 to his mother, Kim Klapprott Dunton and his father, Richard Dunton. Reece attained a license of phlebotomy from Blinn College in 2012. Reece’s passions included playing his guitar, composing his own music, writing short stories, and drawing. Reece will be remembered mostly for his creativity, amazing artistic abilities, his genuine kindness, loyalty to his relationships and his undeniable humor.
Reece is survived by his mother, Kim Klapprott Dunton, father and step-mother Richard and Heather Dunton, brother, John Dunton, and step-brothers Taylor Keup and Connor Keup. Reece is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Reece was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Frank Dunton MD., and Helen Harrell, and his maternal grandparents, Carl and JoAnn Klapportt, as well as his cousin Lesley Stephens.
Reece Dunton’s Memorial Service will be held at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home on December 14, 2018 at 12:00pm. Reception will follow.
