I didn't know Alex passed away over 3 years ago, I been thinking about him and Soila alot. I'm sadden to hear his passing. but I'll never forget Alex, he was a truly one of a kind character, Thank You for the great laughs Mr. Canales.


Wow, I'm in total shock. I use to work at the pharmacy when I was younger, he was a caring individual, may he rest in peace.

We will be remembering Alex in our prayers.

Rest in peace, my dear friend. You were a very special man, husband, father and friend. You will be missed. Soila and Anjelica, my heart and prayers go out to you.

Extremely good friend, gun guy, great family, loving father, devoted husband.  Will be greatly missed.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of this wonderful man.  My family lived close to the pharmacy and would run by there for what we needed.  We loved going in there and browsing around ever since our childhood and then through our married years with our kids.   I moved away but still remember those wonderful years.  May he be enjoying the company of the angels in Heaven.

Alex was a great man and a legend in our West Dallas Community, so sorry to the Canales famiily and now he is with our father God and his son Jesus Christ!!!

Mr. Alex was a true friend to the Clinton and Jewell McKnight families.  We have missed him so much over the last several years after he closed the West Dallas Pharmacy.  To his family, my the peace of God be with you; remember weeping only endures for the night, and joy comes with the morning light.  We loved Mr. Alex and he is a part of the journeys of many families in the West Dallas area.
