Alvin Zidell passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on February 22nd, 2022 ,after 93 years filled with laughter and love. He was adored by all who knew him and will be remembered fondly for his generous spirit, sense of humor and love of his alma-mater football team, the Texas Longhorns.

And to quote his all-time favorite musician, “he did it his way”.
