

Anita Marie Carroccio, passed away peacefully April 27, 2010. She was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on May 23, 1915. She worked as a cosmetologist in Cleveland, Ohio and owned her own shop in Richmond Hts. Ohio until moving to Dallas with her husband in 1966. Here she worked with her sister until retiring in 1985. Preceded in death by her husband Anthony of 55 years; two sons, Nicholas and Leonard; grandson, Michael; parents, Frank and Pauline De Felicibus; brothers, Bob, Bill, John, Leonard, and Adolph. Survived by daughter Patricia Angelone and husband Alfonso of Dallas; sister Antoinette (Toni) Mazzola of Dallas; brothers Nick Felix and wife Beth of Oklahoma, Frank Felitch and wife Sandy of Oklahoma; grandchildren Nicholas Carroccio and wife Holly of Plano, Anita Angelone and husband Sergio Ferrarese of Virginia, Angela Angelone and husband Leo Ashton of California, Audra Cooke and husband Leslie of Dallas, Alfonso Angelone amd wife Morgan Dishman-Angelone of Austin, Anthony Carroccio of Euless, Nikelle Mitchell and husband Jed of Florida, Jim Carroccio of Austin and Phil Conard of Austin; great-grandchildren, Finnley, Flannigan, Bianca, Sydney, Adiana, Emmaline and Alex; many nieces and nephews. Our many thanks go out to the wonderful caregivers from Hospice Plus, Jennifer, Sally, Jan and Judith without their help, love and support she would not have been able to be home. The Rosary will be prayed on Monday, May 3, 2010, at 6:30 pm at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 4, 2010, at St. Monica Catholic Church, 9933 Midway Road, Dallas, TX, with Rev. Msgr. Donald Fischer presiding. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Hospice Plus, 3100 McKinnon St., Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75201.
