Anita Joan Clement, of Dallas Texas passed away on March 4, 2026. She was born in Checotah Oklahoma on January 14, 1948, to Juanita Berry and Martin Nievar. She is survived by one son, Sean Clement, a brother Larry Nievar, one Aunt Carolyn Ybarra and one Uncle Dale Berry and his wife Cynthia Berry, Dale and Carolyn were as close to her as brother and sister. She is also survived by cousins Sue Duvall, Linda Young and Bobbi Crutchfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, some of whom were as close as if they were her children. On March 19, 1965, Anita dedicated her life as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and remained faithful to the very end. She graduated from Warner High School in May of 1966. She retired from the Army Air Force Exchange Service in March of 2012.
Anita will be remembered most for her warm smile and contagious laughter. She was deeply loved by all who knew her. She had a genuine love for people, especially her family and friends. Anita was known for her honesty—she always told you how she felt, and you could always rely on her for a sincere answer and heartfelt opinion.
