Ava, you were the hardest working person I ever met. So driven, worked two jobs for a long time. Worked with you in 1990-1991 at Harvey Hotels. We remained friends since then. You were such a strong woman. So sorry you left us so soon. You are loved by many. May you have peace in heaven to be adjoined with your son sweet lady. Love you always.

I just found out today and I'm so sad.  I'm happy I met you all those years ago and even greater we stayed in touch.  We had a lot of good laughs.  I will miss our phone conversations and getting together for lunch occasionally.  I'm sorry I missed the chance to say goodbye but I'm glad I got to say I love you after we last spoke a couple of weeks ago.  I will miss that smile and that laugh but mostly I will miss you.  Rest in peace my friend.

Such a beautiful friend! We met each other in first grade and went all through school together! She had that beautiful smile the first time I saw her and she was still wearing it the last time I saw her. She was loved and will definitely be missed. I met Ava at Tom Thumb in 1990.  We worked together for several years. She became so dear to me and I always remember her laughter and all the wisdom I got from her.  We stayed in touch through the years.  You will be dearly missed my friend ♡♡  Love Blanca and the DeLaCruz family.

We loss a beautiful woman, Cousin and friend.  Your great smile was contagious!  During the summer in 1975, I remember the first time that I met you and Artis when Tony and I visited in Breckenridge.  We always had fun.  Until I graduate in 1978, I couldn’t wait to arrive in Breckenridge to be with our family clan.  I remembered when everyone would meet at the Black Park in the evening to have fun.  I will always miss you, your great smile and personality.  Until we meet again, I Love You....Cuz!!!

My dear friend we all grew up together but I was a little older she has been a true friend and for that I loved her.  Memories, memories & more memories.  God bless her family. Especially her wonder neice Melissa whom took very good care of her. I miss my friend.❤❤

Ava and I grew up in the same community. She had THE BEST and MOST BEAUTIFUL smile -- honest to goodness, her smile could light up a room. She was also incredibly funny and witty, and if you were down in the dumps, she could cheer you up in no time. My deepest condolences to her family and dear friends.

I've known Ava since 3rd grade at North Ward Elementary. She was a very special person and will be missed by many. Soar with the angels, Ava Kaye, and be at peace.

I am so sorry and may god wrap the family with his arms. I went to school with Ava and she was an amazing person. Was always smiling and had a beautiful outlook on life. We would go to track meets together and she always had us laughing on the long bus rides. She will be missed by many people who’s life she touched
