

Betty Jean Moore Square was born March 19, 1932 in Houston, Texas to the late Zannie Moore and Zualma Moore. Betty moved to Texarkana at the age of 4 to live with her great grandmother Nettie Whitaker. She received her education in the Texas School District. She accepted Christ at an early age at Hopewell Methodist Church in Texarkana.
Betty was blessed to be a stay at home mom.
She had a part-time job working for her son and owner Richard Wingfield. Wingfield's Breakfast and Burgers.
She was baptized as a Jehovah Witness over 50 years ago. She was a faithful servant to Jehovah and her family.
She loved planting flowers, especially roses. She volunteered in Nursing homes to teach people about the word of God. She loved going out in field service witnessing to other people about Jehovah.
Betty was married to Maynard Francis Square. They remained married until his passing on January 2, 2002. She was a loving and dedicated mother to her children. She was preceded in death by her husband, son-James Square, daughter-Brenda Daniel, son-Robert Earl Wingfield and sisters Ida Thaggard, Birdie Barnett, Mamie Davis, Laura Houff and Helen Stewart.
Left to cherish her memory and celebrate her life are daughters Carolyn Silmon (Lee) of Everman, Texas, Victoria McCoy of Dallas, Texas, Sandra Finley (Kevin) Oak Cliff, Texas, Lonna Gail Pitts (Courtney) Waxahachie, Texas, son Richard Alvin Wingfield (Phyllis), Frisco, Texas.
Also to cherish her memory are grandchildren, Tarel Wingfield, Daunta Foster, Terry Wingfield, ShaGeorgia Polk, Shelita Hayes, Monica Daniel, Kendrick Daniel, Willie Daniel, Monique Wingfield, Richard Wingfield II, Ronnica Nady, Nikkie Wingfield, George Anderson, Danyel Menefee, Alistair Fredrick Square, Allan Edward Square, Aaron Anthony Square, Christopher Lonnie Rivery, Alexandria Washington, Luis Miguel Rivery, Shaquana Manning, Tamika Manning and Frantoria Manning.
She was adored by many others including great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
