Blanche Rafael Kassed Steinberg Weinberger

September 24, 1932 - August 5, 2024

Blanche was many things throughout her incredible life: a devoted daughter, sister, spouse, mother, aunt, carpool mom, play director, PTA president, rabbi's assistant, grandmother, great-grandmother, and beloved family matriarch. Known for her vivacious personality, Blanche was a fixture in every community she was a part of.

Standing at 5 feet tall, with striking red hair and piercing blue eyes, Blanche was unmistakably the life of the party. She had an innate ability to connect with people, and everyone who met her has their own "Blanche story". Her spirited presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, humor and strength will endure through the many lives she touched.

She is survived by her four sons Barry (Deb), Jack, Andy, and Paul (Amy) Steinberg. Grandchildren Gary (Vicki), Kevin (Briane) and Derick (Jennifer) Nance; Brooke, Carly, Sonny, and Samantha Steinberg. Great grandchildren Hallie, Maddie and Aiden Nance. Nieces Teri Riddles, Anna Beth (Kirk) Denny, Linda Baer Nieberg and Cheryl (Geoff Patton) Kassed. Nephew Larry Masinter. Her special friend Gerald Zahler, as well as loving cousins and many friends.

Graveside services will be held at Sparkman-Hillcrest Cemetery at 7405 West Northwest Highway Dallas TX at 10:00am CT

Memorial Service will be observed at Temple Emanuel 8500 Hillcrest Rd Dallas TX in the Stern Chapel, at 11:30am CT and will be live-streamed (link will be updated here soon) in the Legacy Midtown chapel.

Shiva Minyan will be held at the Legacy Midtown Park, at 8240 Manderville Lane Dallas TX in the Vista Room at 6:00pm CT
