Bobby Neal Rayson

Bob was born March 25, 1937 in Carthage, TX. He is preceded in death  by his father and mother , Willie B. & Bonnie Mae Rayson and Helen Jean Rayson (First wife)

He is survived by his children, Johnny Newton, Harry Lyles, Mitchell Lyles, Bruce Rayson, Kim Daramus (Yewerist

Daramus) , Joyce Sanford (Chuck Johnson) , Mark Scott

( Darlene Harper) and a host of Grandkids, nieces and nephews.

Bob Joined the Navy right after high school.  He married 

Helen Jean Rayson (first wife) and they had five children, and upon her death he married Joyce Mae Scott  which we fondly know as Joyce Rayson. Bob and Joyce Married on December 20,1982 and with their blended family  of  eight children they were joined together.

Bob learned the truth about his God Jehovah at the age of 37 years old decided he wanted to dedicate his life to

serving him as one of Jehovah Witnesses. He was baptized on July 1, 1974 in Las Angeles, CA. He has had the privilege of serving as an Elder, Ministerial Servant and also work rural territories  in addition to helping with what

was then called quick builds.

It was his desire and priority in life to teach people  the truth about  our loving father Jehovah and his son, so as to

experience the promise he made at Revelations 21:3-4.

Bob will be dearly missed but we know that it won't be long until we see him again.

A visitation for Bobby will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A graveside service will occur Friday, March 3, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Pine Grove Cemetery, 513 FM 959, Carthage, TX 75633.
