Bradley Richard Watson

Brad Watson, a most beloved man known for his wit and warmth, passed away in Dallas, Texas on November 9, 2023, after living with cancer for 15 years. Born in Dallas, Texas on May 30, 1974, Brad's life was marked by laughter, love, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1992 and Southern Methodist University in 1996.

Renowned for his humor, Brad had an unmatched talent for lightening any moment. His love for the finer things in life was outmatched by his passion for hunting and bass fishing, where his expertise and knowledge shone brightly.

A quick learner, Brad could converse on a wide range of topics, from agriculture to medicine, reflecting his diverse interests and intellectual curiosity. This trait also empowered him to navigate his medical journey with informed advocacy.

As the founder and President of Biosage, Brad's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to the medical industry were evident. His approach to life, marked by positivity and meticulousness, inspired those around him.

Brad's legacy extends beyond his professional achievements to the vast network of friendships he nurtured. His resilience and optimism, even in the face of adversity, remain a guiding light to all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife and true partner Jessica Watson, his mother Robbie Watson Raphael, sister Dr. Mary Collings (Eric Bailey), brother Luke Watson. His uncle, Dr. Jim Norcross, who walked with Brad day and night for the last 15 years as Brad lived with grace and courage with cancer. His aunt, Shirley Norcross, in laws Dave and Helen Bumpass, sister in law Andrea(Mike) Ballew, uncle Ronnie (Helene) Raphael, aunt Katie Reed, uncle Steve (Sally) Raphael, cousins Mallon (Sam) Haag, Ryan (Kimberly) Norcross, Dr. Maggie (Luke) Kruckemeyer, Loree Misch, Jason(Samantha) Gleaton, Deana (Greg) Chandler, Doug (Beverly) White, Debbie (Matt) Kingsley, Natalie and Emilie Raphael and 16 greats (which includes 9 year old twins Peyton and Addison Haag who loved Sugar so much and believed he was very cool). Brad’s lifelong friends,Randall Shelby, Andy Robinowitz and Corey Prestidge who were by his side to the end.

A Celebration of Brad's Life will be held on November 18, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at the Park City Club, 5956 Sherry Lane, 17th Floor, Dallas, Texas 75225.
