Carlos Flores, age 92, of Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2025. Born April 7, 1933, Carlos married his beloved wife, Olivia, with whom he shared many years of marriage and raised three children. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, he found his greatest joy in the laughter of his family and the simple pleasures of life.
Carlos had a passion for sports—whether it was cheering on his favorite teams or gathering with family to watch a game. He found strength and comfort in his faith. He enjoyed listening to songs that were special to him and his wife. Always quick with a smile and a helping hand, he welcomed everyone into his home and treated friends and strangers alike as family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Olivia Flores. He is survived by his children Charlie Flores, Blanca Cedillo, and Alberto Flores; eight grandchildren—CJ Flores, Dillon Flores, Christian Cedillo, Madeline Cedillo, Laura Cerda, Bianca Reyes, Alberto Flores Jr., and Olivia Flores—and several great-grandchildren who will all carry forward his legacy of kindness and generosity.
Carlos’s warmth, faith and unwavering love for his family will be dearly missed—and forever remembered—by all who were blessed to know him.
