

A visitation for Christopher will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. All attending must wear a mask.
A funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. Please note: due to COVID restrictions there is a limited number of those who can attend in the chapel. There will be an overflow area for those who cannot be inside the chapel to view the services in a separate room in the event center. There will be a live stream of the service on the Facebook page of Laurel Land Dallas for all who cannot attend in person.
A committal service at graveside will occur Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. The graveside portion of the services is not limited to a number, however, face masks must be worn and social distancing must be observed.
Chris graduated from Red Oak High School in 1998. He is survived by his parents Terri Lewis and Lee Hodges Jr. (Brandi), his adopted brother Alex Hodges, his Granny Hazel Anderson (Larry), his Aunt Vicki Berg (Byron), his Uncle Steve Hodges (Jamie), his cousins Jeremy Lewis (Nicki), Jennifer Schaefer (Daniel), Jason Lewis (Lissa) and Brandon Berg and many other cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lee and Lillian Hodges and Bill Lewis, and his Uncle Howard Lewis.
Chris' interests were drawing art and designing friends tattoos and logos, and attending car meets with the Veloster groups. He was a member of the DFW Velosters, Hawt Pockets, Veloster Gang and Half Assed #3158.
Chris will be missed by his entire family and all of his friends. He is in God's hands now at rest.
