To our Aunt Connie:  Thank you Connie for the visits we all had together.......Enjoying with you your favorite Apricot Fried Pies,  the trip to North Park James Avery and the beautiful silver earrings you bought us all.  For the beautiful hand made blanket that your mother , Ola, our grandmother, made, all the clothes.....Cathy found a kleenex in some of the pockets and leaves them where they are everytime she wears them.  Thanks for the dinners out at the fancy restaurants and all the talking we did sharing memories about family and the laughter .......  We especially remember the generous gift of a trip to the Bahamas for Daddy and Mama on the Windjammer Sailing Ship.....the welcome home party we gave them upon their return.......We NEVER saw Mama and Daddy so happy after that trip...... I will personally miss our weekly talks always prefaced with, "Is this my favorite Aunt Connie?" You told Cathy not long ago to not cry for you when you passed...you said "make me a promise" and Cathy remarked , "If I do, they will be happy tears".  Well, we all three have happy tears......God Bless you and rest in peace.......Hope,  Cathy and Dianne.......your nieces.......................
