Corinne was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many. She was known to all as MeeMaw. To say Corinne was full of life, energy and laughter is an understatement. Many remember her kind heart but more will remember Corinne for her sense of humor, colorful language and not taking life too seriously. Corinne spent many Sundays cooking pasta dinner in traditional Italian/ Sicilian fashion, but would never share the whole recipe when asked for it.
Corinne is preceded in death by her husband, Sam who passed away November 4, 1972. She is survived by her children, Anthony and wife Sheila, Sal and wife Margot, Mary Margaret and husband David Roffino, and Catherine Levatino. Corinne is also survived by her grandchildren Steven Levatino and wife Robin; Michael Levatino and wife Audrey; Paul Levatino; Lauren, Natalie, and Brian Roffino; and Mark Ellis as well as her great grandchildren Claire, Samuel and Grace Levatino.
Family will receive friends in the Calvary Hill Mausoleum North Chapel on Wednesday, May 4 from 6-8PM. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 7PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 5 at Noon in the North Chapel with interment following.
