I had the privilege and pleasure of working with David for a very brief time at the SEC one summer when I was still in college.   He was kind, funny and smart.   To his family and friends, I am so sorry for your loss.

I was just made aware of David's passing and my first thought was of such a loss for his family and for the financial industry.  David Reed was truly a man of integrity and has always been such a Blessing to all of his clients over the years.  He gave the "best" of himself in his professional life.  He will be sorely missed.  My sincerest condolences go out to his family and friends at this time.

I was so sorry to hear of David's passing.  I worked with his father at the SEC who always loved to talk about David. I then worked with David when he came to work at the SEC. David was such a gentleman, kind and caring and was a delightful person to work with. After he left the SEC I often thought of him and hoped he continued to do well. I'm glad that he had a wonderful and loving family.
