Edward Charles Morrison

Edward C. Morrison passed away peacefully at The Legacy at Willow Bend Health Center in in Plano, Texas on January 2, 2025 at age 89. He was predeceased by his parents Chester H. Morrison and Jessie Lorenz Morrison of Rochester, New York; his loving partner of 41 years Judith V. Patton; and his stepson Russell Patton of Kingwood, Texas.

He is survived by his family: Keighley (Mark) Jacobson of Dallas, Texas and Skwentna, Alaska; Gretchen (Brian) Grad of Harbor Springs, Michigan; David Patton of Round Rock, Texas; Karen (Joseph) Harr of Chattanooga, Tennessee; Marshall (Lori) Patton of Honeoye Falls, New York; Erik (Sandy) Morrison of Garrett Park, Maryland; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Edward was a graduate of West High School in Rochester New York; University of Rochester; Northwestern University; and the United States Army Chemical School at Fort McClellan, Alabama. He retired from Eastman Kodak Company after 27 years as Director of International Trade Shows. He was also Past Master of Masonic Lodge No. 796 AF&AM in Era, Texas.

Private services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to charities that assist wounded veterans. God bless America.
