Born in Mission, Texas,he was the son of Encarnacion R Garcia Sir and Esther G Garcia.He was a member of St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching his favorite home team The Dallas Cowboys and spending time with his family especially with his granddaughters- Isabella Pulgarin and Mia Pulgarin. He will be remembered for his loving and humble heart.He is survived by his children Alisa Foy and Sarah Pulgarin. He also survived by his 6 brothers Leonard,Eliazar,Oscar,George David,Jaime,and his sister Diana Cedillo.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 12:00 PM at Laura Land Funeral Home 6000 S. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75232. The visitation and rosary will be held from 3 PM-5:30 PM on Sunday, December 10, 2017.
