

Felipe was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and everyone knew that his family was the most important thing in his life. His passing leaves a void that will never be filled, but his family will always cherish the memory of his love for each and every one of them.
Felipe worked for over 45 years as a tailor, and was passionate about his craft. He was hardworking and responsible, never missing a day of work, and always strived for perfection. Over the years, Felipe worked for Brooks Brothers, Neiman Marcus, and Stanley Korshak, serving his elite list of clientele for sizings, fittings, and even creating one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
Felipe was preceded in death by his parents, Joaquin Vazquez and Paz Mendoza; siblings, Rafela, Octavio, Lazaro, Gerardo, Francisco, and Eleuterio. He is survived by his loving wife, Irma Gallegos Vazquez; children, Felipe, Hector, and Veronica; grandchildren, Fabian, Felipe, Julianna, Stella, Felicia, Alexia, Gabrielle, Mia, and Jewels; as well as many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., with a Rosary Service at 7:00 P.M., at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, November 9, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Edward Catholic Church, 4014 Simpson St., Dallas, TX 75246. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
