Geneva Faye (Glasscock) Harty

Geneva Faye (Glasscock) Harty, age 85, of Scurry, Texas passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Geneva was born July 11, 1936 in Truscott, Texas. Geneva was the daughter of Elmo and Artell Glasscock, the second child out of four siblings: James Glasscock, Leroy Glasscock, and Ora Tacker (Glasscock). Geneva attended Pleasant Grove High School. Geneva is survived by sister Ora Tacker; son Cliffton Harty; grandchildren Dustin Gray and wife Kristen Gray, Kandra Moran, Sarah Brock, Samantha Woodall, Jackie Harty; great grandchildren Gunner Gray, Rylee Gray, Dylan Gray, and Savannah Woodall. Geneva was was predeceased by husband William Bill Harty and their daughter, Pamala Brock. Geneva was loved by all who met her and will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Geneva will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at Grove Hill Memorial Park 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A committal service will occur Saturday, February 19, at 3:15 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
