Born July 3, 1948 and died April 18, 2011 at age 62. Jerry was a proud Viet Nam veteran having served with the U.S. Marine Corps. Survived by wife of 16 years, Donna Eckhart; son, Thomas Meador & wife, Jaime; daughter, Mary Beth Anderson & husband, Jamie; grandchildren, Collin, Caity and Dalovin and mother-in-law, Mary Bottorff. Memorial service 10:30 AM Friday, April 22, 2011 in the Chapel of Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home. Inurnment with military honors to follow at 12:30 PM at The DFW National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6796, 9179 Garland Rd., Dallas, Tx. 75218 for their building fund.
