Our family lost a gentle and kind and extremely great Christian man. His beginning was of the Southern Baptist faith and when he married he went to Bethel Temple Assembly of God. He met his first wife through LTV (Vought) and then the second wife through his local church. He was married to Alta Mae from 1966 through 1986 and later married Etha Bell from 1987 through 2005. He spent 38 years at LTV (Vought) until his retirement as Supervisor. Hub loved traveling the world, fishing, he loved new cars, playing dominos and cards and telling stories about all of the military planes and other things that LTV (Vought) built. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1951 through 1953.
Hebert was predeceased by both of his parents, George Washington Templin & Ruby Lee Hart Templin; both of his wives, Alta Mae and Etha Bell; several siblings, Raymond Templin, Elizabeth Templin, Taft Templin, Bessie Wood, Juanita Jenkins, D.A. Bailey, Doretha Putnam, R.J. Bailey, Elmer Templin, A.K. Templin, Joe Templin, Jake Templin, Billy Jack Templin, John Templin, Peggy Jackson.
Herbert leaves to cherish his memories: his loving sisters, Geraldine Templin and Pat Odell; one step son; Bobby Sims and wife Patsy and their family with a host of nieces and great & great great nephews and host of cousins and in-laws and treasure love of wonderful friends from Prosper, Texas and Duncanville, Texas areas as well as his church and his co-workers as from Atria Senior Living in Plano. Hub will be greatly missed.
