In 1979, Jacinto began his career with Spring Engineer, a commitment he maintained with dedication and selflessness until the company's transition to Sum, where he continued to work until his passing. His career was marked by a gentle and kind-hearted approach, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
Jacinto cherished his family deeply. He was the beloved son of Benicia Macias Barrientos and Ramon De Los Santos Barrientos, and a caring brother to Nellie Barrientos Cantu and Antonio Barrientos Cantu. He found the love of his life in Janie Garcia, with whom he shared countless cherished moments.
His personal interests included hunting and fishing trips to Galveston, activities he enjoyed with a spirit of adventure and camaraderie. Jacinto was known for his love of visiting family and friends every weekend, delighting in sharing coffee and meals with them. He also had a passion for attending car shows, where he appreciated the craftsmanship and history of automobiles.
