James Paul Kitchens Jr. was born January 26, 1946, in Lufkin, TX, the son of James Paul Kitchens Sr. and Erma Nell Brookshire. James passed away on November 2, 2017, surrounded by his devoted wife and children.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jan Kitchens; children, James Paul Kitchens III, Mary Gonzales and husband Gene, Jay Kitchens and wife Casey, Jerald Kitchens and wife Connie, Joseph Kitchens and wife Jennifer, Jonathan Kitchens, Jeremy Kitchens and wife Denise, Elizabeth Resendis and husband Javier, Theresa Ross and husband Sean; siblings, Candy Hillin, Michael Kitchens, Billy Keith Kitchens, Tony Frank Mettlen; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home on November 6, 2017, from 5pm to 8pm; with the Rosary at 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home North Chapel on November 7, 2017, at 11am; with the Committal at 12pm.
