

Jenny’s life was marked by steady purpose and a commitment to learning. She earned a PhD from Texas A&M in 1991, an achievement that reflected both discipline and determination and set the foundation for a career devoted to careful inquiry and meaningful work.
For 31 years, Jenny served as a senior research associate at Baylor, where her professionalism and perseverance were evident in the constancy of her service. Through decades of dedicated work, she built a legacy defined not by spectacle, but by reliability, integrity, and the quiet impact of sustained excellence.
In 2014, Jenny married Katy Kennedy, and together they welcomed one child. Above all, Jenny valued time with family, and those closest to her knew the depth of her devotion—expressed in everyday attentiveness, steadfast support, and a loyalty that did not waver.
Jenny also embraced life beyond routine, finding joy in camping, fishing, boating, riding her motorcycle, and following any and all sport, she also loved music. She brought warmth and good humor to the people around her, and her adventurous spirit was matched by a loving nature and a fierce dedication to friends and family.
Jenny will be remembered with respect and gratitude—for her kindness, her sense of fun, her enduring love, and the faithful presence she was in the lives of those who had the privilege to know her.
Jenny is also survived by her brother, David and his wife and 6 nieces.
